Blanc de Blancs

Blanc de blancs is a white wine made exclusively from white grapes. Technically, when applied to champagne, these are wines made primarily from Chardonnay or other white wine grapes.

Blanc de noirs are white or slightly tinted wines made exclusively from black grapes (often found in reference to Champagnes which have been made from Pinot Noir grapes).
