1998 Tobin James Renegade Paso Robles

An orphan that got lost from a previous shipment from the James Gang. Lovely raspberry, Strawberry, Bramble nose with a spicy, vanilla, and earthy nose that all comes over on the palate. The berries dominate and leave a path of spiceiness that is almost effervescent. Smooth, suave, and finished, this is a lovely bottle. No place to go but down. Have no idea of price but probably less than 10-bucks so makes for a value. 88/89. 3&1/2 lapper finish. 14.6% alc. WW
