This is the perfect seafood wine or those that like to punish their teeth with high acidity.

ARmoatic, floral, steely, minerally, deep, densely flavoured, light golden white wine that I served my SO along with pan seared scallops on a bed of Cellophane noodles with a chilli oil/spicy vinegar sauce.

Beautiful. The density of the wine could stand up to the sauce and the acidity matched the scallops.
