Can anyone suggest a dinner to go with Late Harvest Chenin??

It is really a dessert wine, going with just about anything except chocolate. If you have to have it with dinner, try a heavily glazed baked ham.

...or maybe a Chinese dish that uses a sweet/sour glaze.

Or if you really want to get carried away, seared foie gras finished with a slightly acidic fruit (like wild berries), cranberry or rhubarb syrup.
