Hi,

I've got a couple of bottles of the 1999. Does anyone have an opinion on when they should be openned? Now...or wait...or have I waited to long?

It's hard to specify with Burgundy wines. 1999 was a vintage that drank well young. Many of the 99's are closed down now and will reopen maybe in 3-4 years. Savigny wines may not be as longlasting as some Burgs. I would suggest opening one of the bottles this year or in 2005 and judge from that when to open the other bottle/s.
