Nice ruby color, a bit light and more transparent then the other bordeaux we tried tonight. Nice fruity nose with a gamey scent. Drank a bit like a burgundy. Layering of flavor made it a nice drink to go back to especially for the entry price of $10.99 for a 2000 Bordeaux.

Paired with an Angus shoulder cut steak with a red wine reduction mushroom onion sauce.
