Received a few Bordeaux as gifts this year, and as I've said before, I'm sure you all have realized by now that I'm not much of a Bordeaux guy. I've probably had only a half dozen in the last year. Anyway, I received the following, and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them or any advice on how long I should plan on laying them down (I'm in the process of logging them into my cellar). Thanks in advance!

2000 Chateau Malmaison Barone Nadine de Rothschild Moulis en Medoc

2001 Chateau Bellisle Mondotte St. Emilion Grand Cru

Thanks, IK. Will put them both in the "Sooner, rather than later" category
