Another fine effort from Ken Dies, winemaker extroadinaire. Deep ruby. Nose of leather, cassis, black plums, and cardamon. All go over to the tongue. Solid entry, weighty center, and a 4 lapper finish. Few soft tannins mark this as close to its' peak. Lovely bottle. 90/95. 19 by the box. 13% alc. WW
