A Good Smooth Red Wine For Around $20

Can anyone suggest a red wine that is not too dry, but fairly smooth for around $20. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Here are a couple you could try: 2000 Georges Duboeuf, Prestige, Moulin-A-Vent; 1997 Terre Rouge, Sierra Foothills; or ask your retailer is he/she has a Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso. These are all in your pricerange.
