2004 El Felino Malbec

Argentina. A very nice malbec from Paul Hobbs. Very dark in the glass with rich, rustic blackberry and dark fruit showing hints of mocha, expresso and spice. Very full bodied with a very long finish, this bottle showed better the 2nd day highlighting the mocha and expresso flavors and adding a earthy/mineral componet. My only rant is that the 2003 sold for around $15; this '04 is priced around $23. 14.5%Alc/vol.
