This one is an easy case buy for us. Fantastic. Deep reddish-purple in color, with a blend of red and black fruit aromas and flavors. Gobs of fruit literally explode on your tongue, and the tannins create a velvet-like texture that carries the fruit along and prevents it from going over the line into jammy. It has nice balancing acidity and a long finsh that picks up some complexity with spices, chocolate, and toasty vanilla. Yummy stuff, particularly at the local price of $9.99. Moderate alc. at 13.5%.
