...if you celebrate the holiday. Carole and I were both on call, so ours will have to be belated. We ended up having a quick meal of homemade cream of asparagus soup, spinach salad and a fresh mini-loaf of bread, washed down with Z-H Muscat. The French love Muscat and asparagus, and I can see why......

Sounds quite lovely! Anything with aspargus is wonderful. I was curious as to what wine to pair with such...so it is good to know about the Muscat!

My hubby, children and I had the good ole' traditional Ham for Easter. Pretty so~so at dinner, but much better today on a sandwich!

What are your wine suggestions for a ham dinner???

Rose from Spain, or Pinot Noir from Oregon & Riesling from Alsace for the white.
Muscat and Asparagus soup pairing, I must try it this weekend.
