Be nice if it worked, GAD. My wife's tower crashed -- would not boot -- got an error message that a system file was corrupted, and to use restore. Restore would not run. It got in a circuitous loop. I took it in to a repair shop and they questioned my sanity (shaddup WW). Well, three days later, and after much hair pulling, the tech admitted he couldn't unscrew it either and was going to have to do a clean wipe and reload everything. I felt vindicated -- I can usually clean up the worst of messes (my F-I-L has a way of screwing up the guest computer).
