can i make wine in food grade plastic drums? will this affect the taste?anyone doing

hello all im making homemade wine and as usual i cant ever have enough!can someone tell me if i could make big batches in foodgrade plastic drums? could i age it in bulk? anyone doing this? help!running low in beveragetown thanks.
