Can Sangria wine be drank warm?

When I had sangria in Spain it was served chilled, sometimes on the rocks in fact. In my experience, I have found that the temperature at which a wine is served tends to affect the flavors that are brought out. Sometimes you get some flavors or a texture at slightly warmer temperatures than when the wine is more chilled. But for most wines, it's probably true that there is an ideal temperature to elicit the most flavor, or at least the flavor that the winemaker intended for you to experience.

However, as Shortwiner said, it's your tongue! Do whatever pleases you!
