aRlooh.. haix.. honest truth.. I'm currently 15 yrs of age.. Can't help it but I'm seemingly drawn to wine.. While my peers are downing the alcopops I actually prefer wine cause the former just taste like soda.. I can't even buy wine.. Age requirement's 18. =(.. Sigh.. I really wana learn more about wine and would really need some help. Honestly is it okay for me to step into a winery.. I know of one nearby but kinda haven't got e courage to actually get in cause I most likely will get treated like a teen drunkard. I don't drink on a regular basis. Not often.. Only when my mood draws for some =). I don't have much of a choice only what is available at home. But I just want to learn more and find something that agrees my tastebuds. *sigh* Have a glass chilling in the refrigerator.. =) Assuming its strong cause my nose is still choked, actually my nose is quite sensitive..
How does a wine vary in strength such that how age affects it and how long much wine breath and such to bring out its real flavour? Could someone please answer my querieS?
