Are these a good Deal?

I've posted before under Grape Stuff, but I can't seem to log on any longer....anyway, I ran across the following 2 wines at Sams Club and wondered if they are typically good producers or not, and if the price seems reasonable. Pichon Longueville 1999 at $63.00
