1997 Clos Pegase. Same buddy just "dropped" by and said he and CB had a 99 of this sucker at the Phoenician and wondered iffin' I'd heard of it. Not wanting to pass up an opportunity to transgress on my sabbattical I gave him a 5-second overview of this neat lil property and said I was pinein' to try one of their 97. Glad I did az this booger is close to the top of its' game. Brite ruby and with nice aromatics of cassis, clove, vanilla and red fruits. Nice entry, fairly weighty center and a 3&1/2 lapper finish. A really enjoyable cab without faults. Should hold for another 5-8.
