While we're on the topic, WW, the Mrs. and I received a gift cab, too. 1999 Shafer Napa. First, please offer your advice on how long to let it rest, as my wife would otherwise likely be inclined to open it over the holidays. Second, have you tried it? I know you get their Hillside ones from looking at past posts.
