people knock on Dom all the time and I think that is a shame. Sure it is not Krug...is anything??? (errr...no).

But people pop Dom the momemt they get home and frankly don't give it a chance to rest. This was the freshest bottle of the tasting. creamy texturel, floral hint of cutrus, and over time, gained in complexity. This may not have had the density of the best but it was elegant and do not appear out of place at all in this vertical. Lovely stuff.
