Woodstock Inn Brewery Pigs Ear Brown Ale
This brew is made in Portland, ME at the Shipyard Brewery. It is made with the latter's excellent English yeast, now common in many Northern New England brews. It is medium bodied with a balance of roasted and crystal malts creating a hearty nutty flavor. Medium bitterness with a slightly sweet finish.

We matched it with baked sea scallops, onion rings, and cold slaw. Yum.
