Woodstock Inn Brewery Pig's Ear
Woodstock Inn Brewery, Pig's Ear, Brown Ale. This brew is made for Woodstock by Shipyard in Portland with English ale yeast. They still call it a New Hampshire brew! It has a medium body, and gives you nuttiness, some bitterness, and a touch of sweetness. Goes well with a great variety of foods ranging from seafood to steak, and is a nice quaffer by itself.
