Hi Bear and welcome to the Wine Board. Don't know of any reds that are aged in stainless steel, but there are a few that are oak free. The first that comes to mind is Beaujolais Nouveau. Look for the '03 at the end of November. The '02 is over the hill.

Wines aren't aged in stainless steel; there would be no purpose served. They are produced in stainless steel, mainly to keep freshness and fruitiness. Aging is done in wood both to pick up tannins from wood, and to oxidize the wine a little.

Generally, young, fruity reds are not aged in wood.

You might check out winery websites to see if wines are aged in old oak barrels. Old oak imparts less flavor to the wine than new oak and may be preferable for some red wines.
