I was recently gifted with a bottle of 1994 Chateau Haute-Bailly Pessac-Leognan Gran Cru Classe de graves by G.F.A. Sanders, with the instruction to save it for another 8 years. I have a cellar but not totally temperature controlled. Any comment?

I posted this on the novice board before paging down the menu and realizing it was more appropriate here. Sorry about the spam. Maybe I will go back there and ask what wine would be best with spam?
