Tomorrow I am making IK's Maranara Sauce that he uses for the meat ball sandwiches. We still have lots of tomatos to eat so I am going to use those instead of canned tomatos. We are having the sauce with just some pasta. I may add some portabello mushroms, if I can sneak them past the kids.

I was helping my dad move into his new house today and I just made it to Harris Teeter before they closed. I picked up this Port to go into the sauce. I was hoping they would have the Warres Warrior. I opened it tonight to have a taste. I don't think it is as good as the Warrior, but at $12.49 it is a good port. Should go well in the sauce. It has a rasiny-nutty flavor and strong on the alcahol flavor at 19% abv.
