1996 Truchard Zinfandel Carneros has morphed into a delicious bottle of lush juice. More in the Bordeaux style tan the upfront fruit of its earlier years this sucker sure gives loads of bang fer the buck. This P/Q vineyard has been one of my favorites for over 15 years. Never had a bad bottle of juice of any varietal from this upper Carneros Napa family vineyard. 90/92 17 by the box. Lovely 13.5% alc. WW
