Not as big as the 01, but still one of the most beautiful Zins in my brief wine career. Subtle notes of black cherry and blackberry along with a touch of leather and coffee. Wish I had more.

I barely remember... 16.6. [img]http://www.wines.com/ubb2/wink.gif[/img] But honestly it had less heat than most 12.5 bottles I drink.

I think of Martinelli mainly for the Pinot Noirs. Nice to see that they make a tasty Zin also (hope it's not as pricy as the Pinot Noirs).

$40 and they make almost as many zins as pinots. I really enjoy them all.
