- Glass_A_Day - 03-04-2006 Not as big as the 01, but still one of the most beautiful Zins in my brief wine career. Subtle notes of black cherry and blackberry along with a touch of leather and coffee. Wish I had more. - dananne - 03-04-2006 Do you remember the alc. % by chance? - Glass_A_Day - 03-04-2006 I barely remember... 16.6. But honestly it had less heat than most 12.5 bottles I drink. - wondersofwine - 03-23-2006 I think of Martinelli mainly for the Pinot Noirs. Nice to see that they make a tasty Zin also (hope it's not as pricy as the Pinot Noirs). - Innkeeper - 03-23-2006 Price? - Glass_A_Day - 03-23-2006 $40 and they make almost as many zins as pinots. I really enjoy them all. |
