As I mentioned in another post I got mine. So I asked Judi about how long to wait before we opened one. She went off and got Fred. He said open one tonight and have a glass. Then see how it develops over the next three days. Nice folks. I'll let you know how the wine evolves.

Well, we tried a glass and it's closed tighter than a ........ well you get the idea. So, we'll try again tomorrow. For dinner (roast chicken rubbed with the usual, garlic mashed and carrots) I opened a 2002 Sea Smoke Southing PN --- luscious.
