This lovely screw-cap model was one of 3 wines BRW and I sampled at lunch last week and ordered on the spot. Medium ruby. Nose of flowers, spice, and red fruits. Slightly spritzy on opening(probably due to not allowing it to settle down after lugging the sucker home) but not unpleasant. Entry was soft, medium weight center and a nice 3&3/4ths lapper finish. A solid quaffer that will work with light grilled foods or by itself. 87/89. 18.99 by the box. 13% alc. WW ( This bottle was probably not showing as well as it should due to shipping fatigue. Was better at the store. Will make another tasting in a month or so)
