What a lovely bottle. More like an aged Bordeaux than a jammy wine. Certainly not hiding from its Syrah/Shiraz roots though. Beautiful deep garnet black in colour, nose of ripe fruit, some cedar, some spiciness indication Syrah. On the palate, wonderfully smooth but balanced, nice complexity and a very good drink for a 10 year old Shiraz.
