I'm pretty sure it's a pork loin--a friend is making it. Do you think the maple will make it too sweet for a pinot?

Not sure. A Riesling kabinett or spatlese is an alternative.

It was a good choice. We had a Richter Mosel-Saar-Ruhr Riesling--went perfectly with the quite sweet maple and cinnamon glaze on the pork. Thanks, all!
