The other day we had guests and I cooked Ina Garten's Roast Pork with Fennel. What a success! Delicious! It's in one of her cookbooks, but I've seen her make it on Tv so you might be able to get it online from the Food Network. I served a Reisling, but I forget whose. Was that a good choice? I thought it tasted good, but I only had a couple of sips.
