Knowing that we had three thick beautiful leftover boneless pork chops in the fridge, I asked truelove if we should just pick up a few more and use up the leftovers. She said why don't we just pick up the veggies we don't have and do a stir fry? So we did; first one since we've been down here, and kids ate it with some trepidation. Adults loved it and washed it down with Long Trail Harvest Ale. Sorry wine drinkers.

Ah Carl, after my cholesterol numbers I have had to scale back my addiction to pork--not eliminate, just reduce volume of consumption. So, any pork dish recommendations make me stand at attention...

Don't know why Thomas. Most articles I've seen about pork lately complain about how lean it is, and we agree. There is more saturated fat in just about all other meat and most fowl these days.
