80% aged 2 years in Slovenian oak casks; 20% aged in 60-gallon French oak barrels. Made from 80% Prugnolo Gentile (a clone of Sangiovese) and 20% blend of Canaiolo Nero and Mammola.

Slightly earthy flavor with dark fruits and a drying finish.
