2005 Feudo Arancio, Nero d’Avola, Sicilia ($7.99 NH Liq Store). Alcohol level: 13.5%. It is very floral on the nose. It gives you black cherries and berries upfront. In the middle you get a good blast of fruit without being fruity, some chocolate and licorice, along with smooooth tannin. And it finishes nicely.

We were looking for something that would go with Veal Marsala tonight and it did, as this kind of wine always does. We also had dinner rolls and spinach with it. All very good for a Tuesday night.
