Boy talk about a funky nose. This blend of 75 Sangiovese,10 Zin,8 merlot, and 7 Syrah came across like some tennuys' discarded after 10 yars hard by Bucko. Flavor and finish are another matter. Soft and supple entry with red, black, and blue fruits all there. Nice center with a moderately long finish. The different varietals weren't evident 'nuff to my jaded palate to differentiate them. Have no ideer whom made the juice but was cellared and bottles by Spellitech Cellars in Calistoga. 14% alc. Went great with my Tortellini stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and basil with wild mushroom marinera and Chickie & Turkey sausages. 85/87 22 by the box.ww
