This is a brooding monster in waiting. It is VERY tight right now, typical granver hints again of cider clove, honey and minerals. With more air (6 hours into the night) this thing gained in weight and I only had hoped that guests would have left some so that I could see what this looked like 24 hours in a decanter.

Lightly corked,.. almost did not notice it, it was just very dead,....no flavour almost,...too bad.

Bank on form! Travel made this wine very muted. Will ask friends to hold it for a few days and then re-try again.
