2004 Crognolo (Toscana IGT)

Decanted for two hours as suggested by an Internet search. A very nice Tuscan with a bright red nose, earthy complexity, very Bordeaux-like... continuing on the palate, drying tannins suggest cellar-worthiness. But it does need patience, would not pull the cork and gulp. With pizza, about $30 at Costco and 13.5% alc/vol.
