With BRW on sabbatical our usual Thurs seminar dint happen. However, Steve W and I decided that a mini-meeting needed to happen yesterday. As neither of us had tried these estate PN we made it happen. Boths' color seemed much lighter than usual but the aromatics left no question about the juice. Beautifully balanced the 03 had just a smidgen less wieght than the 04 but both have a long life ahead and will develop for at least another 4-6. Will pay more attention the next ime I open one but everyone thot both were excellent. WW

Had for lunch today all by meself.(The 2004).... Nose has really come tigether and the finish is up to close to a 4-lapper. Still some tannins shut the finish down so methinks it still needs another 2-4. WW

Coming together like a bunch of high-schoolers at a keg party. Lip-smackin' good and was perfect with the prime-rib sammich'. Tasty juice. WW

had yesterday with wild salmon and veggies. Majic match. The wine was derned near as good the the salo-manny! Made the Sooners dismantling of the hated Tejas that much more tasty. WW

EVERYBODY now hates the Tejas, thanks to them single-handedly destroying the athletic conference for the love of money. Here's hoping their little TV network craters before it even gets started.

Opened the 04 Estate pinot yesterday and My-O-MY is that motor running. Aromatics overcame the newly blossoming citrus so was stronger than Nellies breath. Solid entry, BIG center, and a 4&3/4lapper finish. Seems to have added color since last we met. Kick-Patootie bottle. WW
