Hi there,

I just got a bottle of Chateau Saint Paul from 1997. Its a Cru Bourgeois and from the Haut Medoc region. I am planning on using it at a dinner but am not sure wich meat to serve. As this is a relatively expensive wine for me, i´m a student, i don´t want to make a stupid mistake. I was thinking of lamb but am open to all suggestions. I am also going to open a Chateau Lestage 1996 from Listrac-medoc. So if anybody has some ideas please write them down in your answer

Thanks!

Rogier
