Notes of apple with strong mineral nose. Mineral more pronounced with a strong, steely acid on the palate. Its one flaw was the finish was just a tad too short. Matched extremely well with fresh cod grilled with lemon juice and italian spices; steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots; and rice.
