12.5% alcohol; medium gold color
This white Burgundy from Benoit Ente probably has some Puligny-Montrachet grapes as its basis. Beautiful balance, perfumed fragrance. Not too creamy or too bland. On the third evening a nutlike fragrance evolved. Seems to be at peak. Probably not the stuffing to age for years, but delicious now.
