Pale straw color, like hay mowed a week ago that's been drying in the sun, slightly viscous appearance on the walls of the Bordeaux stem; nose of clover honey. More delicate honey on the palate with a soft milerality, wonderful depth and graceful finish. A really elegant wine. With shrimp and young veggies (carrots, green beans, pearl onions) sauteed in EVOO. 13% alc/vol and $15.59 at Costco. Will run today for more.
