Lovely bottle, classy, rather high in acidity which gave it nice structure but balanced, minerals all over with some slightly muted fruit but good balance.

Wondering if the wine might have been from Jean-Philippe Fichet? That is the producer of one my all-time favorite Puligny-Montrachets.
