Had a glass in a restaurant from a wine list that didn't include vintage information. This tasted more like cherry candy than cassis or cedar. Pleasant but seemed to lack typicity.

Last good bottle I had from this vineyard was the 96. Lots of vineyard off 101 in Monterry county but think they consistaantly overcrop. WW

Same goes for their cabernet franc. It used to be excellent. Now it is flabby and over oaky.
