After the dissapointment of the 99 alluvium yesterday thot I'd check the oil on this sucker. Have 4 words fer this bugger...."Hold-'Em or drinkem". Everything in balance, loads of fruit,tannins,and acid but them neat secondary thingies are really coming on. Still maybe 1-2 from peaking but so tasty I'll be hard-pressed to pass bin 267 by. Always one of the best of the Meritages and this done be no differential. Good stuff. WW
