Terra Valentine 02 Cab

This is mainly for The Engineer. A distributor brought in a bottle of the 02 TV Napa Cab in hopes of getting us to carry it (as if we didn't have enough Napa Cabs). This is really nice juice! Well concentrated with cassis, vanilla and some spice (I thought nutmeg) and a very long finish. Should retail about $30, and well worth the price, I believe. I put in my vote for it.

FWIW, the '02 Wurtele Vineyard Cab from these folks was #29 on the Wine Enthusiast top 100 list this year. Even if one dismisses these types of lists, it seems they are doing something right!

Glad that you liked it KC! That's too bad that you are not carrying it but you are right in that you already have a good depth of products right in that range....though I think that it does a great job at that range.

I've had the '03 standard bottle and it is definitely one step up. The wine is even more alive with some asian spices. Fantastic product for the price.
