Anyone tried the 98 properitary red, or the 99 merlot? I'm new to their list, and am thinking about taking the plunge. I've read WS's review, but am curious about any other's tastings of these two wines. TIA,

Rad, the Pahlms are normally one of the 10 tops of each vintage. Haven't had either of the 2mentioned as I've just started on the 94's but even with the problems of the 98 vintage think Jason probably overcame it. Very sophisticated juice. WW

Can't speak to that young stuff..... But let me tell you the '94 juice is pretty darn good.

Still have a couple bottles of the '94 Merlot laying around........ Gotta drink 'em soon.........
