What an awesome bottle to break my bad run of early 90's Cabs. The nose jumped right out of the bottle as I poured it into the decanter. Plenty of soft red fruit up front and the longer it stayed in the glass, the more I found. After a half hour or so, I started to get chocolate and coffee. What a beautiful bottle that I wish I could do again. Well, there is still a 95 in the cellar...

Well GAD you described a major player for 94 wine-of-the-vintage. Looked back and think I posted on this hummer about 2 years ago. I normally don't open the Big players until their 5-7th year in bottle. Has been one of my top 10 every vintage since the incredible 75, Am sending one to the Lakes for the offline. Will probably give the guys coming a chance to pick what they wnat to try. WW

So, should I wait on the 95 WW or get on it soon? I think it was rated a point higher than the 94 for whatever that's worth.
